My First Experience With Harry And David

Today I wanted to share with you guys a great experience I had with Henry And David/ Some of you will know them as the best gift basket company in the world. I’d tend to agree.

Just last week I needed a quick gift for a client and didn’t have time to make my own, so I ordered one from Henry and David. But first, I had to find Harry and David coupon codes because, as you guys know me, I hafta get the best deals! :)

So I did find them here. Man was I glad of that. In fact, I was able to save some money, but also get an idea of some of the other products or whatever they offered. I found that there was a whole lot more there than just some baskets with some wine and cheese, LOL

Anyway, the client (a very important one) loved the basket I ordered for them. But I am taking the credit because it was me who picked out the custom stuff that was put into it. I know how to check it everytime ya’ll.

Gift Ideas: What To Put In Those Baskets

I talk way too much about gift stuff as game changers, I know. I hope you are getting it, and if not, I want to give you a few ideas that may help pique your curiosity.

Let’s examine our audience ie: who is getting the gift.

If it is a dude, does he drink beer? Can you find out if he drinks craft beers, or lager beers, or ales or whatever? You put his fave beer in there and you are gold. I can promise that will close any deal.

If he is more sophisticated, then maybe a nice bottle of wine with the right sharp cheddar will do the trick.

The idea is to learn who your client is, what they like, and tailor the gift to their likes. That is a winner every single time and has worked well for me for years.

Of course, some smoke sausage is never a bad idea, unless you’re dealing with a vegetarian, in which case some nice fruit will fit the bill.

Gift Baskets For Easter

I started looking for special gifts for my daughters for Easter this year. You see, they are not little kids anymore, and in fact, they are adults with families now. While i may not be willing to give up the fact that they are still my little girls, I have come to the conclusion that they get more use out of gifts that fit the adult in them as well. Nothing says that better than a specially prepared gift basket.

I have tried to make them on my own. I went to local craft stores and bought a basket, some stuffing (or whatever), some fresh fruit, nuts and some small toys for the grandkids.

It all adds up really but the biggest kick came from the gift cards I put in for my daughter and her husband. I think that was truly the tipping point to the whole thing. I also, of course, put in some nice wine and champagne for the adults to celebrate with.

I totally recommend you, as a father and grandfather like me, get a special gift basket for your loved ones this season.
